Payment
Payment can be made online with most credit and debit cards using secure Paypal, (Mastercard, Visa/Visa Debit on-line and Mastercard, Visa/Visa Debit and Switch), or by sending a cheque or postal order.

When you purchase this item, you purchase one print for personal use only and the Copyright of this print remains with us. Strictly no reproduction allowed. Please contact us for reproduction prices and terms. Please note all prints are discretely individually signed using light-fast ink.
Postage
Postage is included for UK deliveries. For overseas deliveries a reasonable surcharge will be added accordingly, and is quoted in the payment process. No extra charges will be made.
Cheques and postal orders can be sent by post, recorded delivery. Cheques should have your address and cheque card number on the back to: Todds Cottage, Ferry Road, Walberswick, Southwold, Suffolk, IP18 6TN, UK. The goods cannot be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
Delivery
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery, depending on your location (UK normally within 7 days).
Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase.
Prints are posted in card backed protective envelopes. Cards are normally sent in padded envelopes for added protection.
You confirm that you have given us the correct billing address of your credit/debit card and, in respect of Goods and if different to the billing address, that you have also notified us of the correct delivery address.
We will notify you either if there will be a delay or if the item is no longer available.
Exchange / Refund
If you return Goods to us within 14 days from the purchase date of such Goods in perfect condition and, with the original packaging and original invoice/receipt, then we will give you a full refund. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us.
Please note that where you are returning goods because of an error on our part or that it is defective, we will refund you the price of postage and packaging. Otherwise, the price of postage and packaging will not be refunded.
Please also note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as costumer. In this case please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item to the address above with all receipts. In these circumstances we will pay for the reasonable delivery of the goods.
